The problem
Most learners entering AI education understand it is valuable in theory but cannot quantify what it is worth to them personally. Without a concrete dollar figure tied to their specific role and industry, the case for investing time and money in AI skills stays abstract and easy to deprioritize.
What was built
Build a fully interactive HTML calculator where users input industry, role, current salary, AI skill count, and skill types, then calculate a personalized estimated wage premium using primary research data. Pair the calculation with an animated salary comparison, a scrolling data ticker, and an awareness-gap visualization that names the objection out loud.
Verifiable result or evidence
Learners get a personalized, research-backed dollar figure tied to their own career, converting an abstract concept into a concrete financial decision. The tool removed the most common objection to AI education investment by making the ROI visible and personal.
