A full design-prompt generator built as live course curriculum for AI Junkies University. Students configure a hero across 12 dimensions, palette, background, layout, animation, typography, and more, and get a production-ready prompt for Lovable, Bolt, or Claude Code in real time, with a live preview that updates as they choose.
The problem
Students learning to build with AI tools like Lovable and Bolt consistently hit the same bottleneck: they knew what they wanted to build but could not translate a visual idea into a precise, production-ready prompt. Vague prompts produced generic results. The skill gap was not in building, it was in prompting for design.
What was built
Build a React-based studio where students configure their hero design across 12 dimensions and receive a Lovable / Bolt / Claude Code prompt in real time. Live preview renders the design energy before generation, so students see how small configuration changes produce dramatically different outputs. Onboard with a 4-step walkthrough, then drop them into AIJU class challenges.
Verifiable result or evidence
Eliminated the most common friction point in AI-assisted web building for beginner to intermediate students. By making prompt architecture visual and interactive, students moved from vague inputs to production-quality outputs within a single class session. The tool itself became a teaching model for how to build educational AI tools for non-technical learners.
