The problem
SB Advisors Academy had grown to 800+ members through six years of organic content, but every conversation still ran through Brittany. Members needed structured, on demand support without losing the personal feel of the community.
What was built
Pair the existing community with AI systems. Start with a behavioral quiz to segment members, then ship a multi bot dashboard that adapts to each personality type. Add gamification to keep momentum and a Notion OS to keep ops calm.
Verifiable result or evidence
A free dashboard anyone can try, including the quiz, 12 financial coaches powered by AI, journey, badges, goals, and a unified Command Center, installable as a PWA. Members get always on coaching, the community keeps its voice, and the founder gets her time back.
