A private grant-workflow dashboard bringing project status, deadlines, calendar views and feedback into one workspace, with AI-assisted syncing and a safe team-testing environment. Client identities and financial data are not published.
The problem
A nonprofit consulting team tracked work across project boards, meeting notes, email, research and static agendas. Preparing a status update meant piecing together several sources, while deadlines were difficult to compare across projects.
What was built
Built per-project outlooks, a master roster and deadline radar, calendar and analytics views, and contextual feedback. Designed editable staff views and a clean read-only presentation. An AI-assisted sync merges tracker updates without wiping dashboard-only notes; versioned records, write locking and rollback protect shared edits. A separate sandbox lets the team test without touching live client data.
Verifiable result or evidence
Delivered a private internal-team test build with shared editing, contextual feedback and phone-specific calendar views. Three focused AI reviews identified 37 issues that were fixed before team testing; the hardened sync layer passed 70 automated tests and 15 end-to-end browser scenarios. Client-facing rollout and adoption outcomes are not yet verified. No real client records, financial figures or private links are included here.
