Cancel any time with no cancellation fee. Subscription access continues through the paid period unless a qualifying refund is approved.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel or downgrade from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Eligible refunds
A first subscription charge has a 14 day money-back window. Unused one-time digital purchases have a 7 day window, subject to the complete policy shown on this page.
Consultations
Provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or request an eligible refund for a booked consultation.
